What are essential oils?
Essential oils are the essence of a plant. You find them in the stems, bark, blossoms, rinds, or resin of a plant, fruit, or flower.
They are potent, intelligent protections that the plant uses to ward off disease and pests.
They are very concentrated, so you only need a little bit at a time. One drop of peppermint essential oils equals 28 cups of tea!
How do you use essential oils?

You use a little bit at a time because they are so potent. And, that’s one way you know you are using them safely.
How do you know an oil is safe?
To know an oil is safe, you have to know that it’s being tested – preferably by a third party. You have to read the labels. And, you have to use common sense.
I share doTERRA essential oils because I trust their testing to be rigorous, ensuring that the oils sold are:
