About
Welcome! I’m Michelle Lasley, and I believe that we are all better together. This conviction has guided my journey as a coach, community organizer, and aspiring writer dedicated to fostering a sustainable world rooted in racial and gender justice.
Through Balance Shared, I support women—often mothers—in their healing journeys, helping them reconnect with their purpose and step into their power. As the host of the Balance Shared podcast, I engage in conversations that speak story to power, amplifying voices committed to transformative change.
In my role as a Changemaker Organizer with Community Change, I collaborate with parents and providers to #BuildChildCare, striving to create an equitable system that serves all families.
With over 25 years in the nonprofit sector and more than 30 years of diverse work experience, I blend soulful reflection with strategic action to drive meaningful change.
