My Business Values

I am a lioness.

I hold a vision for a world where we have enough (food, shelter, clothing, clean air, clean soil, clean water, love). To get there, we need to embrace kindness and love, now, assuming good intent while protecting our necessary boundaries. And, we will laugh all the way there.

Value: Heart-Centered

Definition: Heart-centered is leading with love. Heart-Centered is assuming good intent. Heart-centered is a warm, loving embrace.

As a leader in my community, I practice this by:

  • Action: Leading with love
  • Action: Leading with kindness and compassion
  • Action: Leading with understanding

Value: Better together

Definition: Better together is simply the idea we are better together. It assumes we all hold a piece of the truth, that all boats rise together. That decisions made together are stronger and longer lasting.

As a leader in my community, I practice this by:

  • Action: Showing up to hear all sides of the truth
  • Action: Giving space for diversity of people and thought
  • Action: Making space to raise each other up

Value: Grace

Grace is forgiving, assuming good intent, and lovingly moving into the future. Grace can be guided by intuition, Spirit, and/or faith. Grace is love.

As a leader in my community, I practice this by:

  • Action: Assuming good intent
  • Action: Giving and asking for forgiveness
  • Action: Making and holding space for the divine

Value: Preservation

Definition: Preservation is compassionate nurturing. We Kindly care for those in our lives, in or near our homes. We recognize our boundaries are sometimes entangled and we are better served compassionately nurturing each other, together.

As a leader in my community, I practice this by:

  • Action: Holding a hope-filled future vision
  • Action: Being a thoughtful steward of tis space, now
  • Action: Being kind to boundaries, history, and diverse future visions

Value: Joy

Definition: Joy is play, love, life. Joy is playfully living a life full of laughter, leaving people and a space better than we found it.

As a leader in my community, I practice this by:

  • Action: (Being open to joke, laugh, play) laughing
  • Action: Adding beauty and creativity
  • Action: Giving back
