When and where is the Vendor Art Fair?
The fair will be held on Saturday, November 8 and Sunday, November 9, 2025, from 10am–4pm at the Peninsula Odd Fellows Lodge #128, 4834 N Lombard St, Portland, OR (second-floor lodge room).
How do I apply to be a vendor?

What does it cost to participate as a vendor?
Vendor booths are $40 each, with an optional $10 table rental if you don’t bring your own setup. Booths are 6’x6’ spaces, and booth sharing is allowed.
Is there an application fee?
No — there is no application fee. You only pay if you are accepted as a vendor.
Who can apply?
We prioritize handmade, hand-altered, and original art and craft vendors. Youth vendors and resale/MLM businesses are not included at this time.
Will there be food and music?
Yes! We are exploring live music and food vendors to create a welcoming, community-centered atmosphere.
Is the event open to the public?
Yes! The Vendor Art Fair is free to attend and open to all.
Will there be a raffle?
Yes — we’re planning a raffle to benefit a local community group (details to be announced).
