Too often, we go through life just doing the next thing. And, at some point, we are stressed and maybe not enjoying life. Creating a joy list is one simple step we can take to be mindful of our days and work towards creating the life we want.

Take this worksheet, meditate on the question, “What brings me joy?” And, then, just write. Write for 5 minutes without stopping. If you can’t think of something, ask yourself again, “What brings me joy?”
