Introduction to Episode

My late sister’s 42 birthday. Celebrating those who’ve passed and some tips to manage your grief.

Podcast Episode Summary

We are in an unprecedented time. We keep saying this. And, today’s episode coincides with my late sister’s birthday. She would have been 42. I still feel grief over her passing.

Given that today is mixed with our stay-at-home orders and all that life has brought us, I wanted to share a few things. Some thoughts from the show “Dead to Me”, an article in the Huffington Post, and some tips from various sources.

Quotables

“You survived! Now go out and find the reason why.”

“It’s like you have a choice. You can down with the ship or you grab a fucking life raft, and you hold on…”
