We are in an unprecedented time. We keep saying this. And, today’s episode coincides with my late sister’s birthday. She would have been 42. I still feel grief over her passing. 

Given that today is mixed with our stay-at-home orders and all that life has brought us, I wanted to share a few things. Some thoughts from the show “Dead to Me”, an article in the Huffington Post, and some tips from various sources.
