It’s been two and a half years of varied schedules, most of which involved a 4am wake up. Now, it’s over. And, for the next 6 months, my wake up time will be later and my husband will be arriving home much later. That’s right, the tools have found their place. My husband has graduated and is a certified journeyman mechanic.

Now, we’ll get up together, at a reasonable time. Now, we’ll have fewer dinners together as he’ll be working most. Now, dinners will be simpler as I’ll be only trying to please a picky four-year-old. Now, my nighttime routine will feel more normal. Now. Now for at least six months.
